ECTFE Powder ¡ª 31010 (TOP)
1.Product Introduction
As a resin, ECTFE 31010 (top) is a clear, semi-crystalline melt processable fluorinated resin,which not only has excellent mechanical properties, good weather resistance and chemical resistance common to fluorine-containing resins, but also has excellent light transmittance and hardly absorbs visible light and ultraviolet light. In addition, ECTFE 31010 (top) is intended as a topcoat material to apply to primered substrates. It can be processed using normal electrostatic powder coating techniques.because it contains chlorine atoms, the moisture permeability of all fluorine resins is relatively low, which can prevent many liquids and gases from penetrating, and is beneficial to the anticorrosion and rust prevention of the protected substrate.
ECTFE 31010 (top) can be used neat and without any further formulation.Substrate preparation, gun parameters such as voltage and both oven temperature and time must all be well controlled to achieve defect free coated items.
2.Mark, Package, Storage & Transportation
2.1 Mark
The packing bags (boxes) of this product should be clearly marked with firm co***ny name, product name, batch number, brand number (specification number), net content, etc.
2.2 Package
This product is packed in paper barrels (lined with polyethylene plastic bags) with a net content of (20 ¡À 0.2) kg per barrel. Each barrel shall be provided with a product certificate, including: co***ny name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content and production date, etc. In case of special packaging, the supplier and the Demander shall negotiate separately.
2.3 Storage
This product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place to prevent rain, sunshine, moisture, dust and other impurities.
2.4 Transportation
This product is transported according to non-dangerous goods. Moisture and severe vibration should be avoided during transportation.
